What we collect

• Assessment and interview answers: the scenarios you prepare for, why, your household (number of people, ages, pets, medical or mobility needs you choose to share), general location and setting, experience and budget.
• Location: a city or region during the assessment and Plan Interview, and, only if you request an area study, the address you enter.
• Account and membership: your name, email, plan, lesson progress and missions. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
• Usage analytics: anonymous events such as "assessment started" and page visits, used to measure and improve the service.

How we use it

Only to build and deliver your training: your readiness teaser, personalized plan, course, gear list, missions, area study and offline pack, plus membership emails such as reminders.

Who processes it

• AI providers generate your teaser, plan and instructor replies from your answers.
• OpenStreetMap services (Nominatim and Overpass) receive the location or address you enter so we can find nearby hospitals, police, fire stations and water sources.
• Our payment provider handles checkout and billing.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your plan, answers, area study and progress are private to your account. They are visible only to you and to SurviveReady AI administrators, who access them only for support and to run the service.

Before you create an account

If you take the free assessment without an account, your answers are sent to our AI provider to create your teaser. The result is saved only in your browser on that device until you create an account, when it moves into your private plan.

Retention and deletion

• We keep your data while your account exists.
• You can delete your address and area study at any time from the Area Study page.
• To delete your plan, progress or whole account, contact us. We will remove it unless we must keep billing records by law.
• You can unsubscribe from reminder emails using the link in any reminder.
