Cancel any time

You can cancel your membership from Account inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

What happens after your membership ends

Course content, missions, the area study and the offline pack become locked. Your plan, interview answers, progress and mission history are kept so you can pick up where you left off if you reactivate.

Refunds

Monthly payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it promptly. Where local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights apply.

Price changes

We'll notify members in advance of any price change; it applies from your next billing period.
